Yuexing participated in the ORIA project with three coordinated architectural metalwork packages: Aluminum Glass Railing System, Louvers and Fence System, supported by factory trial assembly, protective packing and container loading.
ORIA Spring Hill is a premium Art Deco-inspired residential development beside Victoria Park/Barrambin. Its curved façade, generous balconies and refined outdoor interfaces require the railing, louver and fence systems to work as one coordinated architectural language.
YUEXING PROJECT SCOPE
For ORIA Spring Hill, Yuexing participated in the delivery of three key systems: aluminum glass railing, architectural louvers and fencing. Each package is coordinated with the building envelope, shared outdoor spaces and the project’s refined architectural finish.
Balcony Edge Protection / Aluminum Framing / Glass Infill
The ORIA aluminum glass railing system combines a clear glass infill panel with dark-finished aluminum posts and base-plated supports. The factory-assembled sample demonstrates the coordinated frame profile, glazing position and fixing arrangement prepared for project delivery.
Vertical Blades / Factory Assembly / Powder-Coated Finish
The ORIA louvers use a factory-assembled vertical blade system with a dark architectural finish. The product assembly and corresponding detail drawing demonstrate the coordinated blade layout, frame depth, fixing positions and connection details developed for project delivery.
Aluminum Pickets / Factory Assembly / Integrated Gate
The ORIA fence system combines factory-assembled aluminum picket panels with an integrated gate. The product assembly and corresponding detail drawing demonstrate the coordinated picket spacing, frame members, post layout, gate clearance and fixing details developed for project delivery.
FROM FACTORY TO DELIVERY
Project delivery extended beyond manufacturing. Key assemblies were trial fitted and inspected before being protected, identified and securely loaded for shipment.
Full-Scale Assembly / Connection Check / Dimensional Verification
Before shipment, the ORIA louver assemblies were trial fitted at our factory to verify overall alignment, fixing positions, base and top connections, and installation compatibility. Key connection points were checked in detail before release for packing.
Protective Wrapping / Package Identification / Secure Loading
After inspection, the components were individually protected, grouped by package and marked for identification. The packed units were then positioned and secured inside the container for project delivery.
